Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Absolutely, you can obtain a printable version of your order summary in Your Account. To learn how, please see Print an Invoice or Order Summary.

If you need a copy of an itemised VAT Invoice (for orders placed with Amazon only) that were dispatched on or after 1 July, 2013, you can find a printable version in Your Account. To learn how please see Print an Invoice or Order Summary.

What payment methods are accepted?
The following credit and debit cards can be used as payment:

  • Visa
  • Delta
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • EuroCard
  • American Express
  • UK based Maestro and Solo cards

If you’re paying for your order using a credit or UK debit card you’ll be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you’ll find further instructions when you place your first order.

Amazon also accept Pre-paid cards, gift cards and Amazon payments.

What exactly happens after ordering?
After an order has dispatched, many parcels can be tracked on Amazon.co.uk. You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

To track your parcel:

Go to Your Orders.
Go to the order you want to track.
Click Track Package next to your order.
Note: Some parcels, such as standard international deliveries, aren’t trackable
